Drinking a lot of fluids, especially water keeps your body hydrated and avoids dehydration, being the most common
during pregnancy.
Visiting the health care provider regularly
keeps you aware of any mishappening in your body. Keeping an eye on hemoglobin level, hormone level and other
essential trace elements’ levels makes it sure that you are going into a right way without developing the
complications in the future.

Give up raw, uncooked and half-baked food
items. Avoiding red meat is preferred as it may disturb the metabolism of the body.

complications.
High fat, very sugary food, junk food,
canned/packed food and food with additives are to be avoided. Also, avoid too much oil, refined floor items and
spice in your diet.
Do not go for the exercises that bring strain
to your body. Lifting any sort of weight is highly risky and you should not run fast giving jerks to your belly.
They all may bring your baby down and may induce premature delivery or even abortion.
Take every medicine (including herbal,
natural and alternative medicines) under strict medical professional’s observation. Pregnancy don’ts also include
avoiding any medicine that is available or sold under the label –OTC (over the counter medicines or products). They
are quite okay but not worth banking during pregnancy.
